Hi — I’m Ryan. I’ve been going out for a long time, and I’ve learned that the best nights rarely come from scrolling an event aggregator at 9pm on a Friday. Most of them come from a friend texting “you’re coming to this, right?”

Party With Ryan is that text. A weekly short list of the handful of events worth showing up for — dancing, dating, galas, weekend trips, and the kind of charity nights that don’t feel like work. Nothing makes it on here that I wouldn’t go to myself.

The map is Westchester, New York City, and Connecticut, with a soft spot for road-trippable weekends. The vibe is grown-up but not buttoned-up.
